Shipping Information
We ship worldwide (except some remote areas and parts of Asia) because great style shouldn’t have borders. Here’s how we roll:
Order Processing
We’ll get your order ready to ship in 1-2 business days (weekends and holidays may add a day).
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Orders over £50 ship free via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
Tracking numbers will be sent to your email once your order ships. International orders may be subject to customs fees – that’s between you and your local authorities.

Not loving your gear? No worries – we’ve got your back with our 15-day return policy.
What You Need to Know
- 15-day window: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Original condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
- Original packaging: Keep those boxes crisp and include all accessories
- Proof of purchase: Include your order confirmation or receipt
Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
- Helmets (once they’ve left our warehouse, we can’t verify their integrity)
- Hardware (nuts, bolts, and other small components)
- Any used or damaged items
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to get your return or exchange sorted:
Step 1: Contact Our Crew
Email [email protected] with:
- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Your order number
- Item details (name, size/color)
- Reason for return/exchange
- Your shipping address
- For exchanges: what you’d like instead
Step 2: Wait for Approval
We’ll respond within 24 hours (faster than a fresh set of bearings) with:
- Return authorization
- Shipping instructions
- Our return address: 64 Lower Goat Ln, Norwich, GB NR2F 7HQ
Step 3: Ship It Back
- Package items securely (just like we did)
- Use a trackable shipping method
- Keep your return tracking number
- Include all original packaging
Note: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and should mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees.
Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days
- Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after approval
Refund Methods
- Original payment method (Visa/MasterCard/JCB/PayPal)
- Store credit (your choice)
Important: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. International refunds will be in GBP (currency conversion may apply).
Damaged or Wrong Items?
If we messed up your order:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
- We’ll cover return shipping costs
- Priority processing for replacements
