At StyleEdge Store, we want you to be stoked about every purchase. If something isn’t right with your gear, we’ll make it right – no sketchy maneuvers required.

1. OUR RETURN POLICY

You’ve got 15 days from the delivery date to return items for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • In original packaging (keep those boxes crisp)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

For safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Helmets (once they’ve left our warehouse, we can’t verify their integrity)
  • Hardware (nuts, bolts, and other small components)
  • Any used or damaged items

2. HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:

Step 1: Contact Our Crew

Step 2: Wait for Approval

We’ll respond within 24 hours (faster than a fresh set of bearings) with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (64 Lower Goat Ln, Norwich, GB NR2F 7HQ)

Step 3: Ship It Back

Package your item securely (just like we did) and send it to our UK headquarters. We recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping method
  • Keeping your return tracking number
  • Including all original packaging and accessories

3. REFUNDS & PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Exchanges will ship within 1-2 business days after approval

Refund Methods:

  • Original payment method (Visa/MasterCard/JCB/PayPal)
  • Store credit (your choice)

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For global skaters outside the UK:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Refunds will be in GBP (currency conversion may apply)

5. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS?

If we messed up your order:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
  • We’ll cover return shipping costs
  • Priority processing for replacements
